Vinca vine, growing like a perennial, it blooms all spring and summer.  No one told him that he's supposed to die in winter.  He finds winters quite lovely, and has spread through out the garden beds.

This succulent ground cover is pollinated by tiny black ants.  Here, the yellow flowers have become green seed heads.
